Returns policy
General Return Policy:
We will always refund or exchange a faulty, substandard or poorly fitting cloak within 28 days.
We will also accept returns if the customer does not like the product however the product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out in.
If the product has been worn and is not deemed faulty a refund can not be made.
